We Pay for Referrals

When someone provides you with amazing service, it's only natural to want to refer them to others. When you share Top Shelf TC with a friend, we will pay you a $20 referral fee on every transaction they do with us. FOREVER.

In addition, we will pay you a $5 referral fee on every client that they refer to us too. Also FOREVER.

To be clear:

Adam refers Bob to Top Shelf TC, and Bob becomes a client: 

  • Adam will receive $20 for every transaction Bob closes

Bob then goes on to refer Charlie, who also becomes a client. For every transaction that Charlie closes:

  • Adam will receive $5
  • Bob will receive $20

Some questions we're sure you'll have:

  • Do I have to be a real estate agent to take advantage of this referral program?

    NO it doesn't matter who you are, if you refer a client to us and they join us because of your referral, we will pay you this referral fee.  Even if we've already contacted them in the past and failed to make them clients.

  • I am a Broker/Team Leader, can I earn referral fees for every one of my agents?

    Maybe - If you require them to use Top Shelf TC, then the answer is no.  That sets up a conflict of interest, don't you think?  However, if your agent has the freedom to use or not use our service then you will be paid the referral fees.  

  • How do I take advantage of this?

    Send an email to the person you are referring extolling our virtues and CC referrals@topshelftc.com.  We will take it from there and follow up on the lead.  If we convert, we pay you!
